Finally, did you like the model available in our existing portfolio, or do you want to show your own project? If your idea is completely original, we talk about the details and you send us all the things that are your inspiration, drawings, photographs, that are useful to communicate your own vision. If none of our existing models meet your expectations, we can always discuss stylistic details. In any case, please send your plans of floors to be connected by stairs, all in digital form. These are the bases for our work.
02. WE DEVELOP OUR PROJECT
Our unique value is technical competence that allows us to apply your model precisely where you want it. We don’t need to visit you at home to do that. Therefore, the project can be easily equipped with the stairs that you chose and sent to you along with the offer.
03. WE MEET OUR CUSTOMERS
If you find our offer interesting, we discuss the details. Usually just one meeting is enough, and the greater part of the service is done remotely. Your information about the style and the character of the rooms, and specific technical data are enough to prepare the model that you ordered.
04. WE DELIVER AND INSTALL YOUR NEW STAIRS
The installation begins on a specified future date. Stairs, depending on their size, are delivered in whole or in several parts to be installed on site. You are the ones to assess the quality of our work, and after that both parties sign the acceptance certificate.
05. WE STAY IN TOUCH
After some time, we will contact you. It is important for us to know, if the stairs meetyou’re your expectations. We are pleased to listen to your opinions and suggestions, we give the answer to all your questions, we advise on both use and service.
